The founder of The Australian Children’s Music Foundation, Don Spencer introduced the use of music to improve the mental and emotional well being for all children who are disadvantaged and need the power of music to inspire and enrich their lives. ACMF is a free provision of musical instruments and tuition for children all over Australia who are disadvantaged and indigenous.
